Emma Rix is the Sustainability Executive at Wine GB, where she manages the Sustainable Wines of Great Britain certification for English and Welsh wines. With a robust background in corporate sustainability and ESG across various sectors, Emma brings a wealth of experience to her role. In just four months within the wine industry, she has been instrumental in leading sustainability initiatives through winemaking, viticulture, and sustainability committees. An ISO internal auditor and B Corp process expert, Emma is dedicated to promoting sustainability and accessibility, driven by her personal experiences with disability and dedication to all things people and planet.

Anne is an experienced and influential wine sustainability professional. She has an extensive network of contributing associates in both the wine and sustainability sectors, bringing commitment and credibility as well as strong communication skills. She is a regular keynote speaker, as well as contributing to a range of written and broadcast publications.
Becky Sykes
Programme Director
Regenerative Viticulture Foundation
Becky is the RVF’s Programme Director, responsible for Research, Education and Engagement. Her role is to develop the resources and community network needed to support and connect producers, wherever they are on their regenerative journey. She also manages research projects and engages wine educators to spread both awareness and understanding of the benefits of regenerative viticulture.
Becky has a passion for regenerative viticulture, sparked during her MSc in Viticulture & Oenology. She uses the stakeholder engagement expertise gained in her previous career as a Public Affairs PR consultant to forward the foundation’s aims. She also rather randomly has a degree in Aerospace Engineering.
