The Moffat Distillery - Whisky maker
Guillaume Brunet is a Whisky maker at Moffat Distillery in Scotland with a multidisciplinary background in wine, Cognac, Pisco and Scotch whisky production.
He began his career in the wine industry before moving into Cognac, where he worked as Assistant Master Blender at Cognac François Voyer, where he
oversaw distillation, maturation and blend development. After leaving Cognac, he spent time in Peru working in an artisanal Pisco distillery, deepening his
understanding of grape-based spirits and traditional distillation methods. He now works in Scotland as a whiskymaker, involved in fermentation, distillation,
maturation and blending.
