Join Iris Fabre DipWSET to explore how wine got caught in pop culture, Hollywood and your IG feed.

Event details

How many Taylor Swift songs mention wine? Did the cult movie Sideways really tank Merlot sales? What can memes teach you about wine?

In the second event of our two-part wine school series, Iris Fabre DipWSET will dig into these important questions, exploring how wine intersects with all things pop culture.

You’ll learn which celebrities have embraced wine (and why), how Instagram impacts wine trends, and explore the part wine plays in cultural identity – from natty hipsters to wine mums.

This session is ideal for curious beginners, pop culture experts, or anyone who just loves a good meme.

You'll enjoy the wines paired with Perello olives, sausage rolls, crisps and other hipster snacks.

If you’re more Jonathan Swift than Taylor Swift, or prefer Chagall to chin chin, click here to buy a ticket to the first part of the series, Highbrow wine school.

Wine list coming soon... You can expect the likes of a wine cocktail, a premium celebrity wine, and low intervention wines with artsy labels.
